崗位職責(zé):1、組織對項目經(jīng)理進行內(nèi)外部任職資格培訓(xùn)、考證;
2、負責(zé)完善項目管理制度和項目經(jīng)理績效考核機制;
3、負責(zé)與銷售、工程、生產(chǎn)等部門溝通,管理產(chǎn)品發(fā)布前后的各部門協(xié)調(diào)工作;
4、負責(zé)研究院所有項目任務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)與調(diào)度;
5、負責(zé)管轄產(chǎn)品的全生命周期管理工作;
6、公司及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作。
崗位要求:
1.本科以上學(xué)歷,具有8年以上通信行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗及5年以上項目經(jīng)理管理經(jīng)驗;
2.具有項目管理證書(中級或高級);
3.具有較好的管理經(jīng)驗,很強的團隊協(xié)作、敬業(yè)精神,有較強的責(zé)任心和良好的溝通能力,學(xué)習(xí)能力強,可以承受一定工作壓力;
4.具有良好的英文閱讀能力。

第2篇 項目辦公室管理崗位職責(zé)
項目管理辦公室 / pmo [global finance & planning]
1. analysis and reporting of plan and forecast numbers in gpdm;
2. monitor resource and vendor spending under the it cost control governance process, with tracking against financial target. review and facilitate the ongoing finance activities to ensure the spending and it recovery are at the right level;
3. assist it planning & finance manager in generating and explaining customer bills;
4. assist regional business manager to monitor the departmental profit & loss (direct cost) to ensure the overall department is on the right track to operate / develop;
5. analysis on the mi output and explain the uptrend or downtrend for any cost spend, customer charging forecasting;
6. coordinate yearly planning
[resource and talent management]
1. drive and implement the recruitment strategy regionally;
2. actively manage the resource pipeline based on the supply and demand;
3. track the recruitment process and fix in case any deficiency;
4. support the initiatives of people agenda globally and regionally like people motivation, center upskilling, etc.
[communications & reporting]
1. facilitate the communications within the department and maintain proper communication with various parties (e.g., regional and global it coo), for adherence to global practice, and regional status update.
2. produce mi measuring performance against departmental objectives;
3. develop the valuable mi to assist with executive and management decision making;
4. extract and analyze data from various sources to prepare, present and report various management information reports from time to time;
5. drive and support various it transformation initiatives (eg agile delivery, devops, business/it co-location).

8. willingness to own work and problems and see through to completion and to resolve issues with limited assistance
9. ability to contribute to a larger team; and a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
10. experience of programme/project reporting to senior management
11. have some financial management / financial data analysis experience
12. familiarity with ms word, ms excel, ms powerpoint, visio
13. have both a teamwork and self-starter approach
14. ability and commitment to deliver to tight deadlines
15. creative and problem solving mentality
16. aptitude towards system/business analysis
