1負(fù)責(zé)全區(qū)物流業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)營質(zhì)量監(jiān)紅作:
(1)督促檢査全區(qū)中郵快貨的配送及時率、信息及時反饋率兩項指標(biāo)每日的完成情況。對各盟市局的質(zhì)量關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)(vip)進(jìn)行考核、通報及獎懲。
(2)監(jiān)控檢查全區(qū)中郵快貨物流業(yè)務(wù)的破損丟失、客戶滿意度、投訴、返單等工作。
