1.深入理解公司以及對口業(yè)務(wù)部門的長期戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況制定it對應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)發(fā)展路線圖,和業(yè)務(wù)達(dá)成一致。合理進(jìn)行預(yù)算的計(jì)劃和追蹤管理。
