? brand crm routine operation, including
1. daily retail/customer service problem solving
2. regular data capture, analysis and report making
3. temporary data requirements
4. sms or edm setting and sending;
5. edm monthly report making
? crm program operation:
1. assist in crm program setting and management (such as vip day, wechat pay activities)
2. program execution and both internal and external communication (crm/retail/tech/vendors)
3. result tracking and analysis, generate and gather suggestions for optimization
? brand campaign operation (promotion or on-sale):
1. edm & sms strategy setting and content sending
2. coupon and promotion rules setting
3. pre-campaign historical data collection and analysis

requirements
