我是______年參加工作的，“彈指一揮間”，驀然回首走過(guò)的足跡，有太多值得回味的東西一直在心頭涌動(dòng)，七年來(lái)一直從事小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。我的工作得到了在座的許多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師的親切關(guān)懷和悉心幫助。
我不敢辜負(fù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們的殷切期望，勤勤懇懇，不斷進(jìn)取，在思想上和工作能力上都有了不少的進(jìn)步。因此我今天充滿信心走上這競(jìng)聘講臺(tái)。
我覺得，我競(jìng)聘英語(yǔ)教師有如下幾個(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì)和條件：1. 有良好的師德我為人處事的原則是：老老實(shí)實(shí)做人，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個(gè)人品德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，努力做到尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，團(tuán)結(jié)同志，工作負(fù)責(zé)，辦事公道，不計(jì)較個(gè)人得失，對(duì)工作對(duì)同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。
自從參加工作以來(lái)，我首先在師德上嚴(yán)格要求自己，要做一個(gè)合格的人民教師！認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)會(huì)黨的十六大精神和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，愛崗敬業(yè)，為人師表，熱愛學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生，爭(zhēng)取讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發(fā)展。2. 有較高的專業(yè)水平我從昌濰師專英語(yǔ)系畢業(yè)后曾到山東師范大學(xué)進(jìn)修取得本科學(xué)歷，系統(tǒng)而又牢固地掌握了英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)。
多年來(lái)始終在教學(xué)第一線致力于小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)及研究，使自己的專業(yè)知識(shí)得到進(jìn)一步充實(shí)、更新和擴(kuò)展。被聘為教育部小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)教師，系山東省雙語(yǔ)教育研究會(huì)會(huì)員，參編了《學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新》，《陽(yáng)光英語(yǔ)》等，有多篇論文發(fā)表和獲獎(jiǎng)。

一、說(shuō)課標(biāo)
（一）課程總目標(biāo)
基礎(chǔ)教育階段英語(yǔ)課程的總體目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力的形成建立在學(xué)生語(yǔ)言技能、語(yǔ)言知識(shí)、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識(shí)等素養(yǎng)整體發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上。語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和語(yǔ)言技能是綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力的基礎(chǔ)，文化意識(shí)是得體運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言的保證。情感態(tài)度是影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展的重要因素，學(xué)習(xí)策略是提高學(xué)習(xí)效率、發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的保證。這五個(gè)方面共同促進(jìn)綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力的形成。
綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力:
情感態(tài)度：動(dòng)機(jī)興趣，自信意志，合作精神，祖國(guó)意識(shí)，國(guó)際視野。
學(xué)習(xí)策略：誰(shuí)知策略，調(diào)控策略，交際策略，資源策略。
語(yǔ)言技能：聽說(shuō)讀寫。
語(yǔ)言知識(shí)：語(yǔ)音，詞匯，語(yǔ)法，動(dòng)能，話題。
文化意識(shí)：文化知識(shí)，文化理解，跨文化交際，意識(shí)和能力。
英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)依據(jù)語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的規(guī)律和不同年齡段學(xué)生生理與心理發(fā)展的需求與特點(diǎn)將英語(yǔ)課程目標(biāo)按照能力水平設(shè)為九個(gè)級(jí)別，六年級(jí)結(jié)束時(shí)所應(yīng)達(dá)到的級(jí)別要求為第二級(jí)。
二級(jí)目標(biāo)的基本要求為對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)有持續(xù)的興趣和愛好，能用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)互致問(wèn)候、交換有關(guān)個(gè)人、家庭和朋友的簡(jiǎn)單信息。能根據(jù)所學(xué)內(nèi)容表演小對(duì)話或歌謠。能夠在圖片的幫助下聽懂、讀懂并講述簡(jiǎn)單的故事。能根據(jù)圖片或提示寫簡(jiǎn)單的句子。在學(xué)習(xí)中樂(lè)于參與、積極合作、主動(dòng)請(qǐng)教。樂(lè)于了解異國(guó)文化、習(xí)俗。
（二）內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
語(yǔ)言技能
聽：
1、能在圖片、圖像、手勢(shì)的幫助下，聽懂簡(jiǎn)單的話語(yǔ)或錄音材料；
2、能聽懂簡(jiǎn)單的配圖小故事；
3、能聽懂課堂活動(dòng)中簡(jiǎn)單的提問(wèn)；
4、能聽懂常用指令和要求并做出適當(dāng)反應(yīng)。
說(shuō)：
1、能在口頭表達(dá)中做到發(fā)音清楚、語(yǔ)調(diào)達(dá)意；
2、能就所熟悉的個(gè)人和家庭情況進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)短對(duì)話；
3、能運(yùn)用一些最常用的日常套語(yǔ)(如問(wèn)候、告別、致謝、致歉等)；
4、能在教師的幫助下講述簡(jiǎn)單的小故事。
讀：
1、能認(rèn)讀所學(xué)詞語(yǔ)；
2、能根據(jù)拼讀的規(guī)律，讀出簡(jiǎn)單的單詞；
3、能讀懂教材中簡(jiǎn)短的要求或指令；
4、能看懂賀卡等所表達(dá)的簡(jiǎn)單信息；
5、能借助圖片讀懂簡(jiǎn)單的故事或小短文，并養(yǎng)成按意群閱讀的習(xí)慣；
6、能正確朗讀所學(xué)故事或短文。
寫：
1、能模仿范例寫句子；
2、能寫出簡(jiǎn)單的問(wèn)候語(yǔ)；
3、能根據(jù)要求為圖片、實(shí)物等寫出簡(jiǎn)短的標(biāo)題或描述；
4、能基本正確地使用大小寫字母和標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)。
玩演視聽：
1、能按要求用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)做游戲；
2、能在教師的幫助下表演小故事或童話??；
3、能表演歌謠或簡(jiǎn)單的詩(shī)歌30-40首(含一級(jí)要求)；
4、能演唱英文歌曲30-40首(含一級(jí)要求)：
5、能看懂英文動(dòng)畫片和程度相當(dāng)?shù)挠⒄Z(yǔ)教學(xué)節(jié)目，每學(xué)年不少于10小時(shí)(平均每周不少于20-25分鐘)。
具體到六年級(jí)上冊(cè)教材，在語(yǔ)言知識(shí)方面，認(rèn)讀85個(gè)單詞，學(xué)會(huì)47個(gè)核心句子和話題作文，能夠用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)交流討論愛好、節(jié)日、景點(diǎn)等話題。
語(yǔ)言知識(shí)
語(yǔ)音
1、知道錯(cuò)誤的發(fā)音會(huì)影響交際；
2、知道字母名稱的讀音；
3、了解簡(jiǎn)單的拼讀規(guī)律；
4、了解單詞有重音；
5、語(yǔ)音清楚，語(yǔ)調(diào)自然。
詞匯
1、學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)本級(jí)話題范圍的600~700個(gè)單詞和50個(gè)左右的
習(xí)慣用語(yǔ)；

1、知道名詞有單復(fù)數(shù)形式；
2、知道主要人稱代詞的區(qū)別；3、知道動(dòng)詞在不同情況下會(huì)有形式上的變化；

情感態(tài)度
學(xué)生有興趣聽英語(yǔ)、說(shuō)英語(yǔ)、背歌謠、唱歌曲、做游戲等，樂(lè)于模仿，敢于開口，積極參與，主動(dòng)請(qǐng)教。

when i was young, i used to be very naughty. life then was like a glaball ,shining with bright colours. i had once gone down to the river bank, catching a great many worms and was afterwards punished by mum. i had ever cut the pillow towel into pieces in order to make clothes for my dolls. similarly, i was then blamed seriously. once i even put the hot iron on the floor which immediately burnt a big hole on the carpet. although i had done so many annoying things, my childhood seemed to be rather colourful. however, i had never had a clear definition about myself. but then something happened. it had made a great difference to my life and made who i am now.
i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father"s severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times," honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep." i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.
nevertheless, things just happened in a casual way. when i caught a high fever again when young, mum had to send for the doctor home to treat me. i was so sick that i became quite drowsy and then slept. when i suddenly woke up in the afternoon, i found the liquid in the bottle had already flown over ,while mum and dad were not around. i yelled, but finally found it was of no use. so i jumped out of the bed and pulled up the tubule. in the nature of things, the blood came out and dropped along the way i went downstairs. things became different at the time i went down alone. i discovered that i could be independent. i was much stronger than i had thought. looking back on the girl who cried all day, i came to understand suddenly that the strong part of the inner myself had been e_isting all the time. seeing the an_ious mum, i revealed a big smile to her. i could see that mum was trying to hold her tears back and scrubbed my blood on the hand. she didn"t know that her little girl had stealthily grown up.
since then, i became stronger. as you see now, standing in front of you is a confident and sunny girl. in my grown-up life, i"ve never cried for being injured no matter how serious it is. i can even go to the hospital alone when mum and dad are on business. i came acroso many difficulties in life, while i"ve never thought of giving up. thanks to that e_traordinary e_perience at my age of ten, i discovered a person inside myself who has been so important and unique to me. just like what dad had told me before, "people are like tea bags—you have to put them in hot water before you know how strong they are."
