第2篇 運(yùn)輸調(diào)度專員崗位職責(zé)
運(yùn)輸調(diào)度部職員
主要職責(zé):
1. 確保內(nèi)陸出口貨物在裝貨前完成當(dāng)?shù)睾jP(guān)報(bào)關(guān);
2. 向中央配載中心提供特殊貨物申請,并確保在特殊貨物接受/裝載之前獲得批準(zhǔn);
3. 參與貨物結(jié)關(guān),并與特約供貨商、貨運(yùn)公司保持聯(lián)系,以便有需要時(shí)進(jìn)行問題解決;
4. 確保所有特殊貨物(危險(xiǎn)貨物、冷藏貨物和超高貨物)都有特殊貨物清單提供給終點(diǎn)和轉(zhuǎn)出碼頭辦公室;
5. 在系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)建和準(zhǔn)備工作單;
6. 通過密切追蹤、監(jiān)測和規(guī)劃,確保高質(zhì)量的運(yùn)輸連接;
7. 對內(nèi)陸貨物從倉庫空撿開始監(jiān)測,直到轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至裝載港的主干線船只;
8. 核對和比較每個(gè)供應(yīng)商每月開具的發(fā)票/工作訂單;
9. 在系統(tǒng)中更新貨柜運(yùn)輸/轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的信息;
10. 和新供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行談判,以達(dá)到提升業(yè)績以及降低成本的目的;
11. 編制并提供每月節(jié)省費(fèi)用的累計(jì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)字,包括內(nèi)河港口和內(nèi)陸運(yùn)輸?shù)倪M(jìn)出境費(fèi)用;
12. 協(xié)助客戶解決運(yùn)輸過程中相關(guān)問題。
應(yīng)聘要求:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷;
2. 4年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);或,物流、國際貿(mào)易、采購及供應(yīng)管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
3. 海運(yùn)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
4. 倉庫檢查和維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤佳;
5. 良好的英語口語和書寫能力,持有cet-4或相同水平的英語能力證書;
6. 熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件;
7. 良好的溝通能力,獨(dú)立工作能力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力;
8. 積極樂觀的工作態(tài)度,抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
transport disposition coordinator
key responsibilities:
1. cooperate with state agent to ensure inland export cargo declared at local customs house before loading.
2. furnish special cargo application to cpu and ensure approval is granted before acceptance/loading of special cargo onboard.
3. attend cargo closing and liaise with feeder company, trucking company to settle if required.
4. ensure all special (dangerous, reefer, and u/c) cargo are supported by special cargo list to terminal office and out port offices.
5. create and prepare work-orders in system.
6. close tracing / monitoring / planning high quality of the t/s connection
7. monitoring inland cargo from empty pick from depot until t/s on mainliner vessel at load port.
8. check and compare with monthly invoice/work order for each vendor.
9. update container on-carriage/vessel connection and schedule in system.
10. negotiate new vendor to be target at upgrade performance and lower cost.
11. prepare and provide an accumulative statistic of monthly cost saving including both inbound and outbound by river port and inland haulage.
12. assist customers solving t/s problems.
qualification:
1. diploma or bachelor degree.
2. 4 years of relevant experience; or fresh graduate with major in logistics, international trade, purchasing and supply chain management or related is preferred.
3. experience in the maritime industry is preferred.
4. depot inspection and repair experience is an added advantage.
5. good command of english both oral and written, cet-4 or equivalent english proficiency certificate.
6. proficient in microsoft office.
7. able to communicate well, work independently as well as in team.
8. positive and pleasant attitude.
9. able to work under pressure.

第3篇 稅務(wù)專員崗位職責(zé)內(nèi)容航空運(yùn)輸
1.嚴(yán)格按照稅務(wù)申報(bào)流程完成納稅申報(bào)工作。
2.完成納稅申報(bào)系統(tǒng)的升級及培訓(xùn)工作。
3.公司涉稅事務(wù)的管理,主管稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)的變化、聯(lián)系以及企業(yè)合法權(quán)益的維護(hù)等。
4.完成薪資發(fā)放后續(xù)的賬戶處理及列賬。
5.完成各稅種應(yīng)納稅額計(jì)提及交納稅金的賬戶處理,配合財(cái)務(wù)分析系統(tǒng)完成體系設(shè)置、賬務(wù)設(shè)置。
6.填報(bào)當(dāng)期應(yīng)納稅額本月度預(yù)估、調(diào)整、總結(jié)數(shù)據(jù),并完成總結(jié)數(shù)與預(yù)估數(shù)重大差異說明。
第4篇 物流運(yùn)輸專員崗位職責(zé)
工作職責(zé):
1)日常運(yùn)輸跟進(jìn),運(yùn)輸流程梳理,制定。達(dá)成部門運(yùn)輸服務(wù)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。
2)運(yùn)輸成本控制,達(dá)成部門運(yùn)輸成本預(yù)算控制。
3)運(yùn)輸投訴處理,分析原因,解決方案落實(shí),降低物流投訴,達(dá)成部門指標(biāo)。
4)承運(yùn)商管理,承運(yùn)商資源儲(chǔ)備,滿足各種運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)需求。
任職資格:
1)大專及以上學(xué)歷,物流類、供應(yīng)鏈類相關(guān)專業(yè)。
