第1篇 焊裝工程師崗位職責
焊裝工程師 湖北大冶漢龍汽車有限公司 湖北大冶漢龍汽車有限公司,漢龍 1、負責新產(chǎn)品焊接夾焊裝夾具方案討論、夾具精度預驗收及終驗收;負責調試焊接生產(chǎn)線及白車身制造精度培育;車身門蓋的裝調工作等;
2、負責組織新產(chǎn)品夾具技術標書及協(xié)議的編寫及評審、工藝設備工程改造工作;
3、負責新項目sop之前的焊接工藝文件的編制及更改;
4、負責組織新車型工藝文件、設備驗收報告、工藝節(jié)拍及驗證表、工時定額、工藝主材、工藝輔料、設備工裝清單等編制;
5、負責組織車身試制過程各階段工藝驗證工作,并組織解決工藝、設備、質量問題的管控及推進整改工作;
6、負責工廠工藝紀律檢查的系統(tǒng)管理;組織專項工藝紀律檢查以及工藝紀律抽查,并檢查相關問題的關閉情況;
7、負責工藝過程的改進,對工藝過程進行人機工程/安全等各個方面的評估,及日常工藝檢查;
8、負責工藝設計類和產(chǎn)品設計類現(xiàn)場問題的解決,如:工藝參數(shù)不合理、產(chǎn)品設計缺陷等;
9、負責焊裝線的節(jié)拍提升與工藝優(yōu)化,提報技術改進措施。
任職條件:
1、本科及以上學歷(有豐富經(jīng)驗者可適當放寬),汽車、焊接與材料、機械相關專業(yè)學歷,5年以上工作經(jīng)驗;
2、熟悉焊接工藝;
3、熟悉焊裝車間設備及夾具,具有5年以上主機廠焊裝車間設備運行、維修、管理經(jīng)驗,具備焊裝設備選型、安裝、調試等系列經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
4、能熟練使用office辦公軟件及cad、catia制圖軟件;
5、會使用apqp、ppap、spc、fmea、vave、qfd、doe等質量技術用具。
第2篇 設備保全焊裝電氣技術工程師崗位職責職位要求
職責描述:
1、負責焊裝車間現(xiàn)場設備維護和故障處理的技術支持;
2、負責組織參與焊裝車間現(xiàn)場設備維護技術標準的編制和審核;
3、參與焊裝車間設備改造等項目立項以及備件、設備的提出等審核和驗收;
4、負責組織焊裝車間現(xiàn)場該工種人員的技術培訓以及設備管理技術支持;
5、負責新技術、新材料、新裝備等的導入和應用。
技能:
1、掌握機械原理、材料工藝、機械制造工藝等機械專業(yè)基礎知識;
2、熟悉氣動、液壓、電動等設備以及元器件;
3、了解發(fā)焊裝工藝,掌握焊裝相關設備維修技術;
4、掌握設備管理相關知識;
5、掌握非標機械設計;
6、具有良好的組織、溝通交流和協(xié)調能力。

焊裝工藝規(guī)劃工程師 we are looking for a highly motivated engineer to help optimize the performance of the gigafactory in reno nevada. specific responsibilities include optimizing the flow of people, process and material through the factory and collaborating with highly technical cross-functional teams to ensure that the factory achieves the lowest dollar per watt-hour battery cost possible.
responsibilities:
compile and manage kpis for warehouse and material handling operations with relation to programmatic targets. goals include:
dramatic reduction in material handling waste
improvement in labor efficiency
optimized space utilization
high accuracy part selection
improved reuse/recycle rates for packaging etc
perform value-stream analysis to improve factory performance.
support the development and analysis of factory layout concepts to understand and quantify tradeoffs.
support advanced trouble-shooting and improvement of existing material flow systems and procedures
work with factory design and operations to
optimize shipping and receiving area layouts.
optimize warehouse configuration and operations.
optimize material flow aisle locations and sizing.
quantify cost and operational impact of potential material storage and delivery improvements
requirements
bachelors degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain management
8+ years of industrial engineering, material flow management or warehouse management experience preferred; manufacturing, supply chain and/or logistics experience desirable.
working knowledge of material flow and manufacturing systems
in-depth knowledge of material flow methodologies: sequencing, kitting, repack, etc
understanding of lean manufacturing concepts
ability to lead kaizen efforts and solve problems
strong analytical and organizational skills. ability to manage several complex projects at the same time.
experience with autocad 2d modeling is a plus.
mastery of word, excel, powerpoint, visio.
communicates effectively at all organizational levels, both orally and in writing.
