第1篇 射頻天線工程師崗位職責(zé)職位要求
崗位職責(zé):
按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(主要是歐盟與北美標(biāo)準(zhǔn))或客戶要求安排測試;準(zhǔn)備測試計(jì)劃和工作表;
確保測試項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行,并負(fù)責(zé)與相關(guān)同事及客戶進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)調(diào);
測試的范圍涵蓋通訊產(chǎn)品、無線射頻產(chǎn)品等;
確保所有測試按照正確的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或客戶的要求進(jìn)行,及報(bào)告格式的正確性。
職位要求:
大專以上學(xué)歷,電子或通訊設(shè)備專業(yè);
能熟練操作頻譜分析、綜測儀等;
良好的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
有無線射頻、項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)或手機(jī)行業(yè)工作1年以上者,優(yōu)先錄用。
學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),善于鉆研的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)也可

第2篇 射頻天線工程師崗位職責(zé)
1. lead in automotive mmwave radar antenna design, test and system/applications integration.
2. lead expert team in the analysis and design of advanced rf systems for automotive radars.
3. conduct board-level pcb design, antenna design, schematic capture, system link budget analysis, debug, and test including complex mmwave ic test and data analysis.
4. simulation and measurement of radar antenna systems from material, radar to vehicle level.
5. collaboration with collaborators and strategic suppliers to meet critical design parameters.
6. concept definition of radar mmics or antenna systems for present and next generation of radar sensors.
7. advanced development of chip package and chip connection technology with respect to rf design aspects and automotive quality requirements.
8. verification of the designs by own rf measurements of prototypes and review of designs on aspects of mass production (performance, cost, reliability).
工作要求:
1. proven advanced radar waveform design and analysis experience and experience with advanced design tools.
2. msee, phd ee preferred + minimum 10 years’ rf product design and development experience required.
3. experience in leading experts team, team player at heart.
4. product/system oriented, with end-to-end capabilities.
5. proven ability to move between the hardware and algorithm space.
6. strong background in electronics automotive circuit development preferred.
