第1篇 底盤工程師崗位職責(zé)、要求以及未來可以發(fā)展的方向
底盤工程師主要負(fù)責(zé)底盤系統(tǒng)及其零部件的設(shè)計(jì),并跟蹤試制的全過程,對所發(fā)生的問題提供技術(shù)支持以及改進(jìn)建議和措施。
底盤工程師崗位職責(zé)
1.定義底盤系統(tǒng)(轉(zhuǎn)向、車輛性能/零件調(diào)試、車架及動力總成懸置、懸架、制動、車輪輪胎)及子系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵特征;
2.定義底盤系統(tǒng)及子系統(tǒng)恰當(dāng)?shù)某叽绾凸睿?/p>
3.確定底盤零部件的要求和測試規(guī)范;
4.負(fù)責(zé)底盤零部件的技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、工作圖樣繪制及技術(shù)文件編制工作;
5.負(fù)責(zé)對底盤技術(shù)問題和質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出持續(xù)改進(jìn)措施;
6.負(fù)責(zé)新開發(fā)的底盤零部件的試制、改進(jìn)及驗(yàn)證跟蹤工作;
7.進(jìn)行底盤零部件樣品的確認(rèn)封樣工作,并協(xié)同相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行合格供方的評審及技術(shù)協(xié)議的簽訂;
8.維護(hù)底盤零部件清單并保證全球描述系統(tǒng)中底盤零部件發(fā)布的正確性。
底盤工程師崗位要求
1.汽車底盤或機(jī)械等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.了解汽車底盤系統(tǒng)的布局、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理;
3.熟悉汽車轉(zhuǎn)向/發(fā)動機(jī)附件系統(tǒng)的制造技術(shù)、工作原理、匹配計(jì)算及產(chǎn)品工藝性;
4.熟悉各類零部件的加工工藝及工作原理;
5.熟練運(yùn)用cad/cam/ug等軟件。
底盤工程師發(fā)展方向
汽車底盤工程師待積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)技術(shù)后,可以向管理職位發(fā)展,如項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。
第2篇 車底盤工程師崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé)描述:1.負(fù)責(zé)電動四輪車底盤方案設(shè)計(jì),并協(xié)調(diào)各專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化;2.負(fù)責(zé)汽車前后懸架系統(tǒng),制動系統(tǒng),轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),車身結(jié)構(gòu)部分設(shè)計(jì)零部件設(shè)計(jì)選型、封樣;3.能獨(dú)立完成底盤某一部分系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作;4.組織底盤零部件檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制及對品質(zhì)部門掌握檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)予以輔導(dǎo);5.負(fù)責(zé)樣機(jī)(車)指導(dǎo)裝配、工人培訓(xùn);6.產(chǎn)品法規(guī)符合性的分析與校核;7.負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算;8.負(fù)責(zé)車型底盤bom表編制與維護(hù);9.負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)技術(shù)條件編制。人員基本要求:1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,汽車或機(jī)械專業(yè);2.從事2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);3.掌握汽車底盤設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識,熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程;4.熟練應(yīng)用catia等設(shè)計(jì)軟件及各種辦公軟件。5.工作主動,具備合作精神和團(tuán)隊(duì)工作素質(zhì),能夠承受較大的工作壓力,具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
第3篇 底盤采購工程師崗位職責(zé)及職位要求
底盤采購工程師職位要求
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,熟練使用辦公自動化軟件,
2.3年以上汽車行業(yè)采購經(jīng)驗(yàn),有底盤零件采購經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
3.具有良好的成本分析能力以及談判能力和溝通能力,善于跨部門溝通;
4.良好的抗壓能力和時(shí)間管理能力;
5.良好的工作態(tài)度、較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和職業(yè)操守;
6.有較好的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)能力,能快速的融入新的工作狀態(tài)。
底盤采購工程師崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)編制和執(zhí)行所負(fù)責(zé)的零部件的采購策略;
2.負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)、評估、洽談與合同的簽訂;
3. 維護(hù)并管理與供應(yīng)商的合作關(guān)系,嚴(yán)格控制并負(fù)責(zé)達(dá)成采購成本。
