2.熟悉發(fā)動機結(jié)構(gòu)、零部件（機械件、電器件、塑料與橡膠件）生產(chǎn)；

3.有一定的調(diào)測、故障分析和解決的能力；

4.能夠獨立完成某一發(fā)動機產(chǎn)品或零部件的設(shè)計工作；

5.較強的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和人際交往能力；

6.熟悉國外發(fā)動機市場行情；

7.能夠熟練使用autocad、pro/e軟件。

發(fā)動機工程師發(fā)展方向

這個職位待遇豐厚，工作環(huán)境基本無危險，加上目前我國在發(fā)動機開發(fā)方面與國際先進水平仍有較大差距，因此人才缺口也比較大，繼續(xù)留在這個崗位上發(fā)展也不失為一個好的選擇，當然也可以選擇到國際市場上發(fā)展，既可獲得技術(shù)深造的機會，被認可的機率也會相應提高。

第2篇 發(fā)動機匹配工程師崗位職責

崗位職責:

1、動力總成技術(shù)發(fā)展與應用研究、法規(guī)適應性研究與應用、競爭標桿車型的研究、未來發(fā)動機新產(chǎn)品新技術(shù)的技術(shù)儲備工作,編制競品分析報告和技術(shù)開發(fā)路線。

2、負責發(fā)動機供應商(汽油和柴油)資源調(diào)研、技術(shù)交流,配合采購完成定點工作;負責編制發(fā)動機匹配的工作計劃,跟蹤和解決技術(shù)質(zhì)量問題,完成開發(fā)過程中各環(huán)節(jié)的技術(shù)文件編制、簽發(fā)工作(sor技術(shù)協(xié)dfemaots等)

3、負責完成發(fā)動機總成相關(guān)接口的系統(tǒng)(發(fā)動機接口管路、前端輪系、發(fā)動機飛輪、離合器等)的零件開發(fā)、匹配設(shè)計工作,完成圖紙數(shù)模的設(shè)計凍結(jié)、pdm系統(tǒng)歸檔工作

4、負責編制整車動力性經(jīng)濟性開發(fā)技術(shù)方案和整車性能設(shè)計目標任務書制定,組織完成標桿車、競品車及各階段設(shè)計樣車的性能測試工作及數(shù)據(jù)整理工作

5、完成動力性經(jīng)濟性整車性能計算工作,提出設(shè)計優(yōu)化方案并分析影響整車性能的因素和匹配過程中的各種問題并提出有效解決方案,組織完成、驗證及試驗工作,滿足整車性能設(shè)計目標的要求

6、完成公司整車開發(fā)項目的發(fā)動機資源調(diào)研、管理,動力總成外圍零部件匹配設(shè)計開發(fā)、整車性能匹配優(yōu)化設(shè)計,完成動力總成選型工作,以及完成公司各部分的技術(shù)支持工作

7、負責發(fā)動機科室相關(guān)零部件技術(shù)標準、試驗要求、零部件開發(fā)規(guī)范等資料評審和制定

任職資格:

學歷及專業(yè) 本科以上學歷,車輛工程、內(nèi)燃機專業(yè)優(yōu)先。

文字處理能力 較好的文字功底,獨立撰寫各類技術(shù)評審文件、方案報告、會議紀要。

外語要求 閱讀外國技術(shù)資料及文獻,具有翻譯和處理日常文件信函的能力

計算機知識要求 良好的計算機水平,熟練操作office辦公軟件,熟練應用catia、ug、pro/e等軟件進行發(fā)動機總成和零件設(shè)計

第4篇 發(fā)動機產(chǎn)品工程師崗位職責

職責描述:

design & development

? lead and manage the customer negotiations regarding the specifications of the products to be designed and define the functional specifications based on the customer requirements, participate in the presentations for the developed products to the customer

? manage the development of the design concepts for the products (3d models, tolerance calculations, etc.)

? manage and perform the `functional reviews` at certain stages during the projects (fmea, design concept release, cad concept etc.) in cooperation with the manager r&d, manage the process of the functional product release of the products within the area of responsibility.

? patent check before gate, ensure that the patent rights for new/existing products are protected in cooperation with the legal department

? prepare and maintain the technical documentation regarding the products within the relevant product group

? coordinate all engineering activities with the production department in order to ensure the productbility of the designed products

? manage the processes of product modification in regards to the technical specifications during the serial production

? manage technical communication with prototype suppliers, i.e. material, durability, process, etc.

project management

? manage one or more projects under the lead of project manager and the manager r&d

? coordinate all required engineering activities within a project (concept development, design, simulation, acoustics and validation)

? establish the project plan regarding all required engineering activities within a project

? coordinate and support all activities within the project team to ensure that all required tasks are performed and all deadlines/quality gates are met

? plan, manage and control the engineering budget in the project; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations

? define and manage the necessary internal and external resources for the projects within the product group to ensure efficiency during all project stages

? ensure compliance with the technical standards, processes and norms of m+h group during the project in cooperation with the director/manager r&d

? play the role as lpe to manage domestic development projects or local lpe for global projects.

第5篇 發(fā)動機規(guī)劃工程師崗位職責

1.make material flow budget, planning and strategy, and schedule for new projects.

為新項目編制物流規(guī)劃預算,制訂規(guī)劃策略和項目計劃。

2.manage service provider to provide the material flow delivery to meet the production and project requirement.
