6. regularly collect and maintain the relevant key data from various internal and external resources for marketing research, and possess data analysis skills to assist marketing head in clients’ materials& reports creation for various purposes internally and externally.

任職要求:
1. university degree with business or marketing major, mba is preferred.

2. 8 years’ marketing experience, preferred in multinational high-tech companies or banks for background.

3. solid marketing project management experience and skills.

第2篇 市場(chǎng)及管理崗位職責(zé)
工作職責(zé):
1、主要負(fù)責(zé)物業(yè)市場(chǎng)開拓,契合公司發(fā)展需要,代表公司對(duì)外聯(lián)系、洽談、承接業(yè)務(wù)。
2、根據(jù)客戶需求起草物業(yè)服務(wù)建議書,進(jìn)行前期招投標(biāo)工作,向客戶介紹公司的服務(wù)內(nèi)容,宣傳公司,核心價(jià)值及國(guó)際化平臺(tái)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
3、市場(chǎng)信息及客戶信息的搜集、分析、篩選和整理。
4、負(fù)責(zé)客戶拓展及客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)工作,確立目標(biāo)客戶,定期跟蹤,建立和維護(hù)與目標(biāo)客戶的聯(lián)絡(luò)關(guān)系,了解客戶對(duì)物業(yè)管理的要求、希望和打算。
5、按公司要求開展合作洽談,維護(hù)合作雙方利益,對(duì)整個(gè)合作過(guò)程有較好理解與把握。
6、完成部門經(jīng)理或負(fù)責(zé)人分配的業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)。
任職要求:
1、具有良好的市場(chǎng)判斷力和市場(chǎng)敏感度,熟悉所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的市場(chǎng)行情。
2、具備良好的談判能力,演講能力突出;能夠進(jìn)行有效的商務(wù)合作洽談,并熟練掌握談判技巧及專業(yè)技巧。
3、具備優(yōu)秀的市場(chǎng)洞察能力、溝通能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力以及解決復(fù)雜問(wèn)題的能力,能夠協(xié)調(diào)公司各部門業(yè)務(wù)合作。
4、大專以上學(xué)歷,物業(yè)管理或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
5、物業(yè)行業(yè)兩年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有成功開拓物業(yè)項(xiàng)目的案例者優(yōu)先;
6、有成功投標(biāo)、中標(biāo)、策劃等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
7、英文良好,文筆流暢;
8、熟練使用常用辦公軟件;
